About XCELERATOR

Xcelerator helps college students build a portfolio aligned to their career aspirations. The platform creates a gamification layer to integrate and align everything a college student does (Education, Exposure, Experience) to specific job roles chosen by the students – all the while creating personal paths to success for them. Formal education, in its current form, is sometimes far removed from real-world scenarios which encourages a huge gap between students' skill sets and industry expectations. Students and employees do not have a forum for meaningful interaction to bridge this gap. Xcelerator is a collaborative learning community bringing together academia and industry to nurture real world experience and help students get industry exposure. It creates a 'ramp up to the real world' for students by providing them with an opportunity to participate in industry-relevant projects and learnings.
