Toyota Kirloskar industry visit for Faculties , Bidadi plant

Toyota experts provided detailed insights into the production of high-precision components such as Robotic working on the assembling on building of Vehicle and Turn around time on manufacturing the vehicles and human timeliness on vehicle formation and repairing, quality check and full body of the car preparation of the vehicles and moving into the final output till customer end . Faculties observed key stages such as pattern making, design, controlled mode and manufacturing treatment, and final outcome of the vehicle. The visit served as a valuable bridge between classroom theory and real-world industrial practices, reinforcing BITES’ focus on preparing Faculties to bridge the knowledge sharing to Students for industry-ready roles.
Experts showed the Ecology park in the campus which the students use for environmental educational purposes. A small tour was taken to Ecology park inside the Toyota Campus.
Key Takeaways:-After the visit-Faculties gain the knowledge about the Real industry requirements and recruitment process and groom the students on the same and provide more encouragement on the Mechanical front industries to contribute.
