BITES at Infosys Industry Visit 2025

Infosys Global Education Centre, Mysuru

 

The visit was organised by BITES (Board for IT Education Standards), for the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, KLS VDIT, an Industrial Visit to the Infosys Training Campus, Mysuru for the 7th-semester students as part of promoting industry–academia interaction and enhancing students’ professional exposure.

 

 

A total of 26 students participated in this visit. The main objective was to provide students with real-time insights into IT industry culture, recruitment expectations, and emerging technology trends.

 

During the visit, students attended an interactive and informative session delivered by Mr. Sundar, Recruitment Head at Infosys. He shared valuable guidance on interview preparation, communication skills, technical excellence, problem-solving approaches, and the importance of continuous learning in the IT domain.

 

Students also gained exposure to the world-class Infosys Global Education Centre, one of the largest corporate training facilities globally. They learned about the structured training processes, corporate discipline, technology adoption, and organizational culture of a leading IT company.
