BITES - Capgemini C2TC (Campus to Technical Careers) Program

BITES in association with Capgemini, a Multinational IT Services and Consulting company has launched “C2TC” (Campus to Technical Careers) program exclusively for its member institutions. This program aims to enhance employability skills and opportunities for the students with economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Preference will be given to non-urban areas.

The beneficiaries would be the 2023 and 2024 passing out students from IT circuit (CSE, ECE, ISE, EEE) branches. The program is designed to prepare the students for technical roles in programming, software development, and IT-related positions in IT/ITES sector. Capgemini being the sponsor for the program (as a part of their CSR initiative), this will be a “Train and Hire” program for them.

Highlights of the Program:

  1. Program is completely FREE OF COST to the students and institutions
  2. Family annual income should be less than Rs. FIVE Lakhs
  3. Training will be on “Java Full Stack” and Soft Skills
  4. Mode of training will be blended online and offline
  5. Training duration is 350 hours of learning on Java
  6. TNS foundation, a non-profit organization has collaborated with Capgemini and Teknoturf (program execution partner through its digital platform Teckstac) to roll out this program
  7. Students will receive certificates and placement assistance after the completion of training
